Food is undeniably a big part of our lives. Whether we eat for please or purpose; whether we eat for comfort or for hunger; whether we can afford it or not; and whether we are hunting for the ultimate taste catharsis or just for a Monday dinner. The list goes on, but what remains inevitable is the fact that we must attempt to make the best of our situation. I am extremely grateful for having been able to spend a majority of my life working with food and hospitality in Sweden and New York. My name is Sophie, and this is my way of sharing my passion.
